In the days leading up to the scheduled "Study Orientation," interested parties recieved this email regarding their appointment. The Email from "The Institute NC State" informs Potential Study Participants to double check their registration times and the location where to meet. This email is signed:

Dear Potential Study Participants,
Thank you for registering for our upcoming study. Your amazing journey of a lifetime has begun.
It has been brought to our attention that multiple people have been experiencing difficulties signing up for sessions through Eventbrite. We have gone through our records and noticed that despite error messaging you do indeed have tickets and may be signed up for multiple sessions or have signed up for the same session multiple times. Please take a moment to check your tickets in Eventbrite and to cancel any unwanted tickets to leave space for as many applicants as possible.
Go to Eventbrite.com
Click on your username on the top right corne
Click Tickets
Keep the one you desire and cancel the remainder
When arriving for your session, participants should arrive at the ADA entrance of Broughton Hall located at 2601 Stinson Dr. Our reception office is located in room 3185.
